Creative Media Industry Forum 2023
Throughout its history, the animation industry has consistently pushed the boundaries of technology or adapted new technologies, techniques and production methods, resulting in ever-evolving forms of storytelling and entertainment. Creative Media Industry Forum / CMIF 2023 will take a look at where we are now, what to expect and how new technology will influence creative choices, mindsets and business models.
CMIF is an annual one-day conference tailored for Producers and Creative Leads within the animation and VFX industry, set against the vibrant backdrop of the Viborg Animation Festival. The event guides you through the dynamic currents of the animation industry, embracing fresh perspectives, sharing knowledge and inspiration, as well as engaging in networking.

We'll look at designs from projects at Pixar and Skydance Animation, and steps for creative interpretation in our medium. The animated series was one of the most successful projects on Netflix in 2021 and a favorite among both gamers and non-gamers.
