Boost you Creative Business – workshop II
The Creative Business Workshop Series is designed to empower individuals in the creative industry by equipping them with the essential skills and insights needed to thrive in their entrepreneurial ventures. Whether you’re an artist, designer, writer, or any other creative professional, this series will help you chart a path towards success and sustainability in your creative pursuits.
The program consists of three workshops in total, each focusing on different aspects of creative entrepreneurship. Through these workshops, participants will gain valuable knowledge in areas such as business strategy, marketing, financial planning, and more. The hands-on nature of the workshops will allow you to apply what you learn directly to your own creative endeavors.

Workshop 1: “Set a new direction in your creative business”
Date 9 Oct. 2023 from 10.00-15.00
The purpose of this workshop is to create clarification about dreams, expectations and goals for working life as a creative freelancer, as well as prioritizing and focusing the tasks that come with working as an independent.
- A clear vision for the participants’ future working life
- Concrete and motivating objectives
- A plan for implementing the vision and goals for the next 12 months.
Workshop 2: “Develop your creative business model”
Date: 10 nov. 2023 from 10.00-15.00
The purpose of this workshop is to identify a meaningful and sustainable model for
working life as a creative freelancer, where there is a balance between the creative, financial and personal aspects.
- Clarification about customers, audience and business partners
- Articulating value creation and mapping revenue sources
- A visual model that describes a working life with a balance between time and finances.
Workshop 3: “Sell your creative services with authority and authenticity”
Date: 22. Jan 2024 from 10.00-15.00
The purpose of the workshop is to inspire artists for sales activities and to break the taboo about sales as something strenuous and tiring. The lecture identifies various sales activities and presents the personal and authentic sales work that creates knowledge, motivation and development in the artist’s working life.

- Working methods to make sales meaningful and motivating
- Tools to create a future plan with meaningful sales activities
